Online Advertising Veteran Todd Sims Joins Gigya as Executive Vice President of Corporate and Business Development

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gigya, the largest performance-based widget distribution network and provider of tools and technologies for distributing, tracking and analyzing widgets, today announced that Todd Sims has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Corporate and Business Development.

Sims, a former executive with ESPN.com and Business.com brings over a decade of executive management experience to Gigya, where he will be focused on expanding and deepening Gigya's media, publisher and industry relationships.

Building strategic partnerships with leading content companies is critical to strengthening Gigyas position as the leading content sharing infrastructure on the social web. Most recently with Business.com, Todd held senior management positions in sales, business development, marketing and corporate development and helped guide the company to its recent sale to R.H. Donnelley for $345M. Prior to Business.com, Todd was Executive Producer for ESPN.com, where he oversaw the NFL.com, NBA.com and NASCAR Online businesses, products and relationships, and Advertising Producer with Starwave Corporation, where he managed ad campaigns on ESPN.com, ABCNews.com and Mr. Showbiz, as well as the development of Starwave's first advertising management system.
