advice on safe first date destinations. Jessica's feature article,
"Prepare and Be Aware," is an interview with another Safer Dates expert
Rick DeAguila. Rick is a Martial Arts Master Instructor and Self
Defense Expert with over 30 years of experience. Rick and Jessica
discuss self-defense and offer advice on how to avoid becoming a
victim. The two also jump into action and kick off the first in a
