Social Networking Congress & Expo (SNCE), considered the first digital and social media conference for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), has arrived.
The two-day event which kicked off today is being held at the Russian Federation, Moscow, ARTPLAY, Central Hall, 10 Nizhnyaya, Syromyatnicheskaya str., 105120. The global event brings together digital and social platforms, social networking sites and technology providers that wish to do business within the region and further a field.
