Guidespot.com is a user-friendly multi-media publishing platform for producing user-generated local guides. Guidespot users can broadcast themselves through the text, photos, business listing reviews, videos, links and maps they incorporate on a guide, as well as connect with other authors.

Local and national attractions and business listings, which include address and mapping capabilities, encourage user-generated lists and multi-media stories, facilitating the creation of a new foundation of local self-expression and knowledge sharing. Currently in beta, each guide created can be shared, receive comments and be rated by fellow users of Guidespot, supporting a dynamic and growing base of local knowledge and as well as an interactive social community.
