NEW DELHI/PRNewswire/ ---- I'M Here has tied up with AXA Assistance to provide Road Side Assistance to I'M Here vehicle tracking customers and online buyers. Several vehicle owners can now subscribe to Road Side Assistance service program on http://www.imhere24x7.com. I'M Here is planning to offer this as a bundled product also with their telematics or tracking solutions.

The key features of this value loaded offer are as follows:

- The range of services include on spot repair, fuel delivery, flat tyre services, battery jump start, key services and towing services for immobilized vehicles arising out of accident or mechanical breakdown

- 24X7 Pan India coverage, except islands

- Largest network of more than 5000 towing trucks, 50000+ customer touch points (27000+ Petrol Pumps and 17000 Garages)

- Phone resolution support for minor breakdown conditions

It is worth noting that Road Side Assistance is generally an integral part of the services provided by OEM manufacturers. Almost every car manufacturer provides Road Side Assistance services to their customers, but these services are applicable only until the time the vehicle is under warranty. Once the vehicle gets out of warranty, Road Side Assistance cover also lapses. This service has thus to be reinstated by buying a service program. I'M Here will now offer this Road Side Assistance service program bundled along with the 'telematics' solution.

How it works: Once the buyer buys the 'telematics' tracking service, the vehicle owner will get an email seeking basic car details. On submission of the vehicle details, the operations team will activate the service and send a confirmatory note to the vehicle owner - along with Road Side Assistance Service access details including the Alarm Centre Toll free no, which the car owner can contact to seek assistance.
