2nd Annual Strategic Online PR and Media Relations Forum
How is it related to you?
Calling to like-minded peers who are keen in setting a high level of standard with regards to public communications, through various platforms!
The theme for this year's conference, in continuation from last year, will be on building and guarding your Online Corporate Reputation. In a fast-moving digital world, where bad news travels like wild fire, how do you engage with your public to keep your brand and reputation on top?
What do you expect to take away?
In this conference, it will not just be about the science; but also the art which is the harder-to-master aspect of fortifying your corporate reputation. On top of that, we will also be sharing and inviting everyone to share their experiences on how they felt when crisis happened in or around their region, not necessarily onto their organization per se. From which, what could we have done better in hindsight?
Who will you be meeting?
This year, we have more speakers to share with us on their real-life experiences.
Some of them include:
· Head of APAC Communications from Yahoo! who will be sharing with us on how they manage their corporate reputation in a 24/7 world, while still ensuring that message to the public and engagement with them are aligned with their corporate directives.
· Advisor to CEO-cum-SVP of Group Communications of Hyflux, Mr. Freddy Soon, will also be sharing with us how they engage with public and educating them through their CSR efforts.
· Last but not least, the AVP of Corporate Communications, International Marketing, and Interactive Media from Central Pattana Public Co., Ltd (CPN) will be sharing with us on how they turned around CentralWorld?s reputation after falling into the target of a major political crisis in Thailand, mid-2010. CPN is the headquarter of CentralWorld, the third largest shopping complex in the world.
