Digital Media Strategies arrives in London next month
Media and publishing event Digital Media Strategies arrives in London next month debating and sharing knowledge that?s shaping the industry
In just under a month?s time,
Digital Media Strategies 2013 arrives in south London, UK ? a global event for media companies and publishers looking to keep ahead in a rapidly developing industry.
From the 19th-20th February, the international event is hosted by news and information resource
The Media Briefing. It will address critical issues for decision makers who manage the monetisation of media across departments and platforms.
Digital Media Strategies born from the success of the Paywall Strategies and Mobile Media Strategies events brings together guest speakers from media, mobile, publishing and technology arenas.
The organisers describe the two-day summit as a platform where attendees can have the questions that they seek answered, addressing them with solutions that can be applied to their organisations as we enter fiercely challenging times.
The core subject matter the summit will tackle includes mobile monetisation, paywalls and gated content models, marketing and selling digital content, understanding a fast growing advertising economy and more. Chaired and hosted by business journalist Kate Bulkley, panel members and
guest speakers include the CBS Interactive, econsultancy, Google, Computer Weekly, Economist, Immediate Media, Inmobi, IPC Media, PwC and WSJ Digital Network ? a diverse collection of organisations suiting a variety of needs and interests.
In a growing competitive industry professionals need to know what will be the issues that will determine success or failure; they also need to know how to affect and implement changes. With challenges of the web, mobile, tablets and other technologies known to disrupt the industry, the summit appears to have the line-up for attendees to get their heads around that faces them; learning from experienced speakers on what they can do to change things for the better or circumvent before it happens.
