International operators assemble in the UK?s capital for Telecom CEM World Congress
Three-day customer experience conference Telecom CEM World Congress arrives in London assembling global operators
Premier customer experience event (CEM) for the telecoms and technology sector
Telecom CEM World Congress arrives in London this week.
Organised by IIR Telecoms & Technology, Telecom CEM World Congress runs from the 22-24 April 2013 and will be held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in central London. The three-day event is ideal for senior level corporate executives and thought leaders from across all departments.
After a successful event in 2012, Telecom CEM World Congress will welcome over
40 speakers and specialists from global operators who will connect with delegates through interactive sessions, panel discussions, roundtables and workshops. The pre-conference workshops (A and B) on Monday from 09:30 to 15:00 will be led by Charlotte Dunsterville, former director of customer experience at Orange Group, Geoff Capstick, director at Nivalis Consulting and Carl Lyon, managing director at The QoE ? all of whom will be holding interactive, hands-on sessions covering best practice in the industry.
Agencies, brands and technology organisations will meet to benefit from the common goal to learn and find answers to questions not only from the speakers, but all stakeholders. Attendees will also be able to research and speak directly with product and service providers not limited to the CEM and CRM sector.
?It?s a great platform for professionals within this area to converge in London and debate what?s having an impact on the their industries right now and how they can influence change for the future. With so many global organisations in attendance it?s the prefect opportunity for specialists to learn how they may succeed and compete more effectively within challenging environments,? comments Tim Gibbon, cofounder and editor at the Social Media Portal (SMP), a returning media partner.
The conference appeals to customer care, performance marketing and operational departments from mobile operators, mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), over-the-top (OTT) players, internet service providers (ISPs) and global solution providers. Delegates will also learn from three case studies from the finance, broadcasting and retail industries from international organisations. With plenty of networking opportunities including the analyst breakfast clinic (Wednesday 24 April 2013), attendees can share knowledge and experience with peers in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
