I work for the Festival of Media Awards (APAC Global, LatAm, MENA) and M&M Global Awards as part of C Squared.
As the awards manager, my role consists of overseeing the day-by-day processes and logistics, managing client relationships and confirming the judging panels for our events. I am responsible for the output of the awards shows and I work closely with the marketing, production and logistics teams to ensure their flawless operation.

SMP: What have the entries looked like this year?LK: We were pleasantly surprised to see a big number of entries coming from Romania as well independent agencies. We hope all shortlisted entrants do well on the final judging round!
SMP: Why is the Festival of Media Global a great opportunity for entrants winning awards?LK: Festival of Media Global Awards winners have the chance to include their win in their credentials and it?s a great way to motivate your team by being rewarded for your hard work!
SMP: What can entrants take away, apart from an award if they?re lucky?
LK: There is an art in putting together award submissions ? you might have a brilliant campaign but you also need to be a brilliant storyteller to describe it and convince a seasoned marketer how you succeeded in building your client?s brand.
SMP: What are the challenges that you?ve encountered and how are you overcoming them in what you have been doing so far?LK: One of the challenges of working in the awards and events industry in general, is dealing with the unknown and having a ?worst case scenario? mentality. It requires focus on what is important, commitment and a determined and dedicated team.
SMP: Is there anything else you'd like to share?LK: Keep up-to-date on the judges, shortlisted entries and the winners of course
(announced Thursday, 19th May at 13.35 inside the venue (Rome Cavalieri), using the
