Social Media Portal (SMP): What is your name and what do you do there for Crowdsourcing Week and the BOLD Awards? Epi Ludvik (EL): My name is Epi Ludvik and I?m the founder and CEO of
Crowdsourcing Week (CSW) and
BOLD Awards. My role is to bring forward our mission ?Powering Breakthroughs Together? to large and small organizations including individuals around the world.
SMP: Briefly tell us about BOLD AwardsEL: The BOLD Awards are to be held on
05 April 2019 in Venice, Italy at H-FARM. BOLD Awards recognizes top companies, projects and individuals powering breakthroughs around the world.
SMP: How long have the awards been going and what does it strive to achieve? EL: This is our first edition and we are striving to bring together global networks and communities from around the world based on 12 categories. We aim to achieve serendipitous moments and relationships that can be harnessed for the future of society and innovation.
SMP: What do you hope BOLD Awards delegates will take away from the event and why? EL: Learn, engage and inspire from global change makers.
SMP: Why is about BOLD Awards important event for the industry? EL: Being recognized the BOLDEST in the category will fuel and inspire future generations to chase their own potential and by not being afraid to take risks.
SMP: How can stakeholders get involved? EL: Everyone is welcome and there are a few more categories open at this stage for a more meaningful partnership. You can always reach out to

SMP: What are the challenges that you?ve encountered and how are you overcoming them in what you have been doing so far at BOLD Awards? EL: We are taking massive actions to overcome and strike a balance between the most and least popular catergories.
SMP: What are the high moments of what you have been experiencing? EL: It was incredible to see the number opf submissions during the first edition.
SMP: Is there anything else we should know, or is there anything that you?d like to share?EL: Visit the

SMP: What did you have for breakfast / lunch? EL: Bacon, eggs, beans and fruit juice.
SMP: What?s the last good thing that you did for someone? EL: I phoned someone out of the blue. Everyone is hiding behind the technology these days and you rarely get phone calls.
SMP: If you weren?t working at Crowdsourcing Week and the BOLD Awards what would you be doing? EL: Most likely I'll be working in the advertising world.
SMP: When / where did you go on your last holiday and why? EL: Went to
PhiPhi Island in Thailand. This place is just amazing and it energizes me to do great things in life.
SMP: What?s the first thing you do when you get into the office of a morning? EL: First thing I do when I wake up is praise God and thank him for another amazing day in life he has given to me. Meditate on his words and then do some running by the beach.
SMP: If you had a superpower what would it be and why? EL: Help transform people looking towards abundance, LOVE and good news versus scarcity, hate and bad news.
