He took up running, biking and swimming, reducing his weight from 200 pounds to 145 pounds. Now, the 38-year-old executive is building on his personal weight loss regimen to roll out a new online social network that helps fitness fanatics track their daily routines, locate athletic competitions and interact with others who share similar work out goals. Launching publicly today under the name Sweat365, the online service is the first offering from Konamoxt.
