The UK?s most popular social networking site,
Bebo announced a partnership today that allows Beboers to access the site on their mobile phone.
The partnership with Intercasting Corporation provides Bebo to Intercasting?s mobile social networking platform,
ANTHEM. Through ANTHEM, Bebo users will be able view photos, send and receive messages, post comments and search profiles from their handset.
Bebo?s vice president of business development and marketing says that increasingly, members want portability. ?We are constantly looking for ways to enhance our users experience and increasing our mobile offering will create a greater platform for self-expression for Bebo users.?

Intercasting?s general manager.
Intercasting has partnership agreements with UK and US carriers such as 3, Virgin Mobile and Sprint respectively. Bebo recently signed with mobile network T-Mobile, who join Orange mobile in the UK and
02 in Ireland.
Orange customers
using Bebo also have access to an Orange entertainment club, which
includes early-bird invitation to concerts and exclusive passes to the
cinema releases.
Bebo are rumoured to have been acquired for a $1 billion USD sum - although
these rumours are currently unsubstantiated.
