Integrated social feedback widget launches to provide better customer experience



Social media technology company Intridea has today unveiled a new ?on demand social feedback? application that allows brands to collate customer feedback without the user having to navigate away from the page.

CrowdSound
is a widget that can either sit embedded in the webpage, or as a pop-up that sits behind a feedback-hyperlink.  The colours of the widget can be fully customised so that it integrates with the brand identity, and an administrative interface allows for stakeholders to control how the feedback is presented, from making it entirely private, to full moderation or marking individual comments as private.

Intridea comment, ?Most customer feedback forms are a black box that might as well be a black hole. Feedback is submitted, but no one knows where it goes.  CrowdSound gives businesses the opportunity to open up the suggestion box for everyone to see.?

CrowdSound is available in Dutch, English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Russian, Japanese and simple and traditional Chinese.  Customers can also request custom installation of CrowdSound behind the firewall on their own servers, or request a cloud-hosted private machine.
