Social Networking World Forum wraps up first London event
Six Degrees? close day two of Social Networking World Forum 2009 and Mobile combined Social Networking Forum
The
Social Networking World Forum (SNWF), organised by events and exhibition company Six Degrees, is beginning the last day of its two day conference.
This is the first event for the SNWF, which is being held at the Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre in London. Six Degree?s is also holding the Mobile Social Networking Forum alongside the SNWF.
Six Degrees director Mark Johnstone comments, ?Social networking and social media marketing are truly revolutionary and exciting areas to be working in and we are pleased to start a series of global events on the subject in London. We have an excellent line up of speakers from all over the world providing insight into how today?s businesses are using social media in all aspects of their operation - from launching, marketing, researching, branding, engaging and so on.?
Day one, held yesterday on Monday 09 March 2009, saw speakers from well known brands such as MySpace UK, Bebo, Xing, Friendster, BT Tradespace, Coca Cola, British Airways, Cadbury?s, Nixon and Land Rover. On
day two, delegates will hear from speakers from companies such as Endemol, BSkyB, MTV, iVillage, General Motors, BMW, Friends Reunited and Virgin Records.
In June 2009, Six Degrees will host Corporate Social Networking Forum at the RIBA in London. From there, the
SNWF will travel on to Singapore in September and California in November 2009.
