Viacom brings shows from Comedy Central, MTV, BET, VH1 and more online

Viacom has announced a content partnership with online TV website
Hulu to bring many of the networks popular TV shows to the web.
The agreement sees Hulu hosting the return of satire shows
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and
The Colbert Report, available on Hulu Plus. Additionally, a range of other Viacom programs will be made available to paid Plus subscribers, including The Chapelle Show, Real World, Punk?d and Beavis & Butthead.

The Hulu Plus service offers us the opportunity to connect with our audiences through an exciting subscription and ad supported platform that is complementary to our existing distribution arrangements.?
A range of other shows from Viacom?s networks of channels will be added to Hulu, including shows from MTV, Comedy Central, BET and VH1.

Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
