MAN announces line up for Spring Summer 2010
MAN announces line up for Spring Summer 2010, the first in a number of exciting developments for Menswear this coming London Fashion Week
The original MAN showcase, an initiative between
http://www.topman.com and Fashion East, continues to build upon its stellar foundations; identifying, supporting and presenting the best in emerging menswear talent in London. MAN has provided a platform for new design talent since 2005, supporting the likes of Kim Jones, Derek Walker, Siv Stoldal, Cassette Playa and James Long among others.
This season MAN welcomes back two of the hottest menswear names of the moment, Christopher Shannon and J W Anderson. Both will show alongside the well established Topman Design collection and will be joined on the catwalk for the first time this season by the gothic beauty of Katie Eary, first discovered in Fashion East's Menswear Installations at The Old Embassy Town House last season.
For the very first time Topman will extend their support to designers by including the AW09 mainline collections from Christopher Shannon and James Long which were shown last season at MAN within their Topman Oxford Circus Flagship. The collections will be housed in the new 2nd floor due to be unveiled for London Fashion Week and forms part of the store's huge redevelopment programme. JW Anderson will be working on a separate project with Topman; which will be announced later in the year.
