entry period for the 15th Annual EPpy? Awards, honoring
the best media-affiliated Web sites, has been extended to midnight
Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Entries are accepted online at the
EPpy?
Awards Web site, www.eppyawards.com.

was only right to add a new category this year to address it?
Awards will be given in 36 categories, including a new competition
for
Best Social Networking Implementation on a Media-Affiliated Web
site.

The EPpy? Awards will be presented at an awards luncheon at the
Interactive Media Conference and Trade Show at the Hard Rock Hotel

Casino in Las Vegas on Thursday, June 17, 2010. Finalists will be
announced in May. The conference and trade show is also sponsored
by Editor

EPpys? will be given to both large (more than one million unique
monthly
users) and small (fewer than one million unique monthly users)
media-affiliated Web sites in the following categories:

Best Entertainment Web Site

In addition, the EPpy? Awards will continue its tradition of
honoring
the best Web site sponsored by a College Newspaper.
Contest fees are $150 per entry except in the College category,
where
each entry is $50.
The judging of the EPpy?
Awards will be conducted by senior executives representing all
the
major media and with a special interest in Web sites.
