Freeverse Announces Four iPad Apps

Freeverse logoBROOKLYN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Freeverse today announced the availability of four apps for iPad on the App Store. Two apps, Warpgate and CastleCraft, are being released exclusively for iPad. The other two are tried and true Freeverse iPhone and iPod touch favorites, NBA Hotshot HD and Flick Fishing HD.

The highly anticipated space exploration game Warpgate offers a vast universe of over 35 star-systems to explore in 172 different starships with over 100 main quests. Groundbreaking galactic graphics, fluid controls, and endless non-quest missions mean there is no limit to your adventure. Warpgate is perfect for iPad's stunning display and delivers an amazingly immersive experience.

CastleCraft, Freeverse's first multiplayer online game, is a city building strategy title in which players wage war against hundreds of others for realm domination. Follow three different quest lines, form alliances, and train up to 16 different types of military, resource and technology units. Play against friends and other players worldwide, chat in realtime, and watch your gorgeous city expand under intricate day-night cycles with dynamic particle effects. Collect Dragon Crystals to power up your city with magic and bring everyone to their knees with developer Infinite Lives' CastleCraft.

Flick Fishing and NBA Hotshot have been optimized for iPad with high quality graphics. Flick Fishing HD, from studio Strange Flavour, is the wildly popular fishing game with real flick-motion casting and a new iPad-specific casting method, over 9 beautiful locations, and tons of varying fish to reel in. Freeverse's Flick Fishing HD ships for iPad with all In App Purchases unlocked, including the new Fishing Pro pack and MegaGuide to reveal all hidden quests and tricks for landing the biggest fish.

NBA Hotshot HD, the officially licensed arcade-style hoop-sinking game, will be available for players to rack up points and earn awards in two modes of play: time-racing and high score earning. The iPad version includes more basketballs to unlock, a WNBA themed machine, and a more immersive, higher definition 3D environment. All titles have Plus+ integration for seamless award sharing, bragging, and social networking.

These four Freeverse apps for iPad are available from the App Store on iPad or at www.itunes.com/appstore/.
