that
veteran Internet sales executive Jeffrey Mahl has joined the
Company as
President. Mr. Mahl will be based in the Company?s New York office
and
will focus on developing E-Commerce applications with strategic
national
advertisers to whom the Company will grant exclusive rights
to
offer their products and services to Grandparents.com?s 800,000
monthly
unique visitors, and over 400,000 subscribers. The Company plans
to
expand visitation to 2 million unique monthly visitors and 1
million
subscribers within 18 months.

positions at AskJeeves, Gemstar-TV Guide, and OCC Sports. At
Gemstar-TV
Guide, he served as President of the Media Sales Group and at
AskJeeves
as Executive Vice President, bringing over 100 new clients to the
site.
Mr. Mahl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from
Northeastern
University in Boston.
