With the FIFA World Cup? less than a month away, Sony Ericsson offered
football fans the opportunity to demonstrate their patriotism with the South African Wave.

the most diverse and interesting wave two tickets to this summer's FIFA

to one of the high profile group matches - giving many lucky football

Since kicking off on the 4th May people have been enthusiastically
exhibiting their finest waves by uploading videos of themselves and
their friends doing the famous stadium wave that sprung into the world
of football during the 1986 World Cup in Mexico. As a result of the
highly coveted prizes, the Sony Ericsson South African Wave has already
reached football fans from all four corners of the globe; all hopeful
that they may be lucky enough to win tickets to the FIFA World Cup
2010?.
