is pleased to announce that it has implemented a new online
marketing and advertising strategy for its pet social networking portal,
www.PetsPlaces.com, aimed at increasing its membership base. The Company has entered into an agreement to promote PetsPlaces.com online.
The Company's strategy is to establish PetsPlaces.com as an
important player in the pet marketing industry. PetsPlaces.com, under
the direction of CEO Robert W. Thayer, will endeavor to raise
significant consumer interest in its most important web marketing
strategy to date. The internet campaign will bring exposure through
Search Engine Optimization, Social Networks (ie. Facebook and Twitter)
and pet oriented message boards. In addition, the Company will begin an
email campaign to double opt-in pet related consumers, advertising the
