platform for market research companies in 2008, resulting in product

announcements came at the opening of ESOMAR?s Odyssey 2010 Congress, The
Changing Face of Market Research, in Athens, Greece.
In response to demand for more robust, web-based tools and efficiencies
in managing online market research sample, uSamp will release its
SampleMarket 2.0 platform, complete with a developer?s kit and APIs
(Application Programming Interface), in the fourth quarter.
According to the 2010 Market Research Supplier Satisfaction Survey,
uSamp ranked #3 overall in highest customer satisfaction ratings for
online sample providers. In the same report, the company was included in
the top ten by share of online sample providers.
