Go to RightNow?s Facebook page October 4-29 to submit your videos. No scripting or editing necessary. Videos should be less than two minutes and show your customer care team celebrating Customer Service Week. RightNow will review all submissions and select five finalists based on creativity, imagination, and enthusiasm, plus a mention of RightNow somewhere in the video.



The five finalist?s videos will be posted on the RightNow Facebook page on November 3. The public will vote for their favorite video; the three videos with the most votes will be announced on November 15 and will win fabulous prizes for their contact center:



-- 1st place ? Flat screen TV and Wii


-- 2nd place ? Shootout basketball game



-- 3rd place ? Foosball table
