Simon Calver, CEO of LOVEFiLM, who will be giving the keynote address at the event, commented, ?At LOVEFiLM we put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Wherever they are we need to be as well; Twitter, Facebook, or simply surfing the web at home or on mobile devices - this broad mix is why it?s essential to listen to our customers and adapt to their needs instantaneously. Our marketing strategy has always been to ensure that if people are talking about films and entertainment, we are there with relevant and easy to use content.?
Program highlights include presentations on how to use data to effectively plan your digital marketing spend on the right channel and how adaptive digital personalisation can effectively engage diverse audience groups. Full agenda and registration
details can be accessed here.
?Forget about all the buzz words,? said Laust Sondergaard, Chairman, Sitecore UK. ?The adaptive Web, experience management, personalisation, customer engagement - the list is long. They're all just buzz used by us, the professionals. For customers it?s simply a matter of relevance. We all want to be addressed with relevant information and would prefer spam and noise to be a thing of the past. Companies that can stay focused on the topics I?m interested in will get my undivided attention. Companies who can?t will no longer see me on the customer list.?
