SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire) - Splunk Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 13,500,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. A total of 12,507,278 shares are being offered by Splunk, and a total of 992,722 shares are being offered by selling stockholders. In addition, Splunk has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,025,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. Splunk will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
