Prior to joining Aylus Networks, Steve was a Program Director for IBM in their mergers and acquisition department. He joined IBM as part of the Micromuse acquisition, shortly before which Micromuse had acquired Quallaby Corporation, where he was VP of Development. Quallaby was the leading provider of network performance management software for service providers and large enterprises. Prior to Quallaby, Steve held product development and professional services management positions at Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, Cabletron Systems, Memotec Datacom and AT&T Bell Laboratories.
