Social Media Portal (SMP) gets ready for IIR Telecoms & Technology's Telecom CEM World Congress, the premier three-day customer experience event



London, UK ---- Social news and information site the Social Media Portal (SMP) welcomes the Telecom CEM World Congress to the United Kingdom this week.

Organised by global conference company IIR Telecoms & Technology, Telecom CEM World Congress is a premier customer experience event (CEM) being held from 22-24 April 2013.  The three-day event will bring together marketing, network departments and operations within organisations.

Held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, the conference is targeted at senior level corporate executives and thought leaders across all departments.  Telecom CEM World Congress brings together agencies, brands and technology companies that will be exposed to interactive sessions, one-to-one debates, panel discussions, roundtables and workshops.  The event will offer extensive networking opportunities for all those involved across all three days.

The conference brings together customer care, performance marketing and operational departments from mobile operators, mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), over-the-top (OTT) players, internet service providers (ISPs) and global solution providers.  It will also feature three case studies from the finance, broadcasting and retail industries from international organisations.

The pre-conference workshops (A and B) on Monday from 09:30 to 15:00 are led by Charlotte Dunsterville, former director of customer experience, Orange Group, Geoff Capstick, director, Nivalis Consulting and Carl Lyon, managing director at The QoE ? interactive hands on sessions covering best practice.
