China Connect InTheCity to welcome Baidu for masterclass
Baidu to drive China Connect InTheCity masterclass for deeper insight into the Asian and Europe digital space
June 2013, London, UK ---- Social news and information site the Social Media Portal (SMP) is supporting China Connect InTheCity to be held next week.
Organised by Laure de Carayon founder of China Connect, InTheCity is to be held on Thursday, 27 June 2013 in Paris, France and features Chinese web services company Baidu driving its masterclass. The European conference will see an introduction from China Connect?s founder Laure de Carayon founder and features a senior line-up from Baidu, in addition to other digital specialists including:

Baidu was founded in 2000 by Robin Li and Eric Xu and is a web services company offering a suite of products such as Chinese language search engine for websites, audio files and images. Baidu offers 57 search and community services including Baidu Baike, an online collaboratively built encyclopaedia and a searchable keyword based discussion forum.
In an interview with SMP, Laure de Carayon founder of China Connect explains why the conference is a pull for delegates, ?It?s an ?Inside Baidu? Day. We?ll cover the entire ecosystem - from innovation, international expansion, recent acquisitions (video site PPS), mobile ambitions and more.?
