Microsoft Declares Quarterly Dividend

Dividend of $0.28 per share payable in March.

REDMOND, Wash/PRNewswire/ -- Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend is payable March 13, 2014 to shareholders of record on February 20, 2014. The ex-dividend date will be February 18, 2014.
