Healbe GoBe Raises Over $1 Million on Indiegogo
The Original 100% Automatic Body Manager Joins the Ranks of the Top Crowdfunded Projects
SAN FRANCISCO/PRNewswire/ -- Healbe Corporation announced today that its Indiegogo crowd-funding campaign raised $1,084,944 in support of GoBe ? the first and only wearable body manager that automatically measures calorie intake.
The 42-day campaign ? which began on March 5 ? was a huge success, raising over ten times Healbe's original goal of $100,000. It made GoBe one of the top 10 most funded projects in Indiegogo history.
GoBe received enthusiastic support from 4,474 contributors on Indiegogo, as well as over 11,000 followers on Facebook and Twitter.

Prior to the start of the Indiegogo campaign, Healbe? developed a functional prototype and smartphone app. The GoBe Original 100% Automatic Body Manager has undergone extensive internal testing to determine its accuracy, and third party testing will begin in May 2014. All funds raised through Indiegogo will go towards manufacturing the body manager and finalizing the app. The first GoBe devices are expected to ship to contributors as soon as June 2014.
In May 2014, Healbe? will be holding an exclusive media event in New York City to give the press the opportunity to speak to its developers and experience GoBe: the Original 100% Automatic Body Manager.
