Social Media Portal (SMP): What is your full name, job title and role (what do you do there) at Social CRM Go Live!?
Dhariana Lozano (DL): My name is Dhariana Lozano and I am the marketing manager for the Social CRM Go Live Conference.
SMP: Briefly, tell us about Social CRM Go Live!, what is it and when is the event scheduled?
DL: At Social CRM Go Live, social media leaders and expert speakers from Dell, Verizon, Walgreens, Domino?s, FourSquare and more, will share industry tried and tested knowledge, that has helped benchmark social media strategies for countless organizations around the world. In 17 interactive, hands on learning sessions, attendees will learn how to maximize social media?s effectiveness and profitability, for today, and into the future. http://bit.ly/nc88Ew SMP: What made you start Social CRM Go Live! And how long has it been going?DL: Social CRM Go Live was started after the success of Customer Management IQ?s ?Social Media for Customer Management Online Summits? 1 & 2.
SMP: What is the most challenging part of building up the event?DL: Like with any event, getting buzz is always important and challenging. We have a great panel of speakers, from leading companies, sharing information about topics of concern in the industry.
SMP: Who are your target audience and why (and who should attend)?DL: This event is for anyone who handles either social media, digital/corporate communications, customer experience/care and call centers. This is a very broad-skewing program since the topic is universally relevant to all functions of the corporation.
SMP: How are you attracting and attendees to your site and event?
DL: We have a social media campaign mostly based on twitter (
@SCRMLive #SCRMLive) and our Facebook page. We post great content and free resources. We are also working with really great media partners such as SMP to spread the word about Social CRM Go Live. Our most recent promo we have partnered with Neal Schaffer, who has provided us with copies of his new book to give away to a few lucky registrants!
SMP: What are the low moments of what you have been doing so far?DL: I suppose a low moment would be in the beginning of the campaign, when things don?t pick up as fast as you?d like. Patience comes in handy.
SMP: What are the high moments of what you have been doing so far?DL: So far the high moments have been seeing a press release done on our event by a media partner get a lot of traffic on Twitter, and of course having Neal Schaffer work with us. We love seeing the traffic and enquiries for Social CRM Go Live pour in!
SMP: What?s the next big step for social media and networks; what is the role of social CRM in this?DL: Social CRM is the main goal in this! Everyone?s talking about social CRM! And as leading organizations around the world can confirm, social CRM is quickly becoming the most profitable way to integrate and execute an effective social media strategy, which delivers measurable ROI, and significantly increases customer satisfaction. Social CRM Go Live sets to teach individuals the best way to integrate Social CRM into their marketing strategies.
SMP: What?s going to be the most interesting aspect regarding social media and technology throughout the rest of 2011?DL: It will be very interesting and rewarding to see more companies integrate social media and technology into marketing strategies. It is one of the fastest ways to fix problems and learn about what customers want for any given industry.

SMP: What?s the last good thing that you did for someone?DL: I suppose leaving a tip at the coffee shop this morning.
SMP: When and where did you go on your last holiday?DL: My last holiday was spent in Sin City, Las Vegas!
SMP: What?s the first thing you do when you get into the office of a morning?DL: Fix my desk buddy, Bob (he always falls over) and turn on my computer
SMP: If you had a superpower what would it be and why?DL: I would want the ability freeze time
